The PCO Association offers nationally accredited training programs specializing in conference and event management.

The PCO Association is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), registered against the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
We offer industry specific training leading to the following qualifications:
- SIT30607 Certificate III in Events
- SIT50207 Diploma of Events
- SIT60207Advanced Diploma of Events

We offer flexible delivery options. You can choose to:
- Send your staff to PCO Association training seminars held throughout the year, and in conjunction with the annual National Conference
- Study by distance learning by purchasing training and resource packages and studying at your own pace and in your own time
Recognition of Prior Learning
The PCO Association recognizes that the majority of our members have industry experience, knowledge and skills which should be recognized towards a formal qualification. We therefore offer you the opportunity to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning assessment to fast track your partial or full qualification.

Training & Accreditation Package
For members who do not have formal industry qualifications, and are not eligible for the Recognition of Prior Knowledge (RPK) Accreditation criteria, we have developed a suite of six units which will help you become a Certified Event Manager (CEM).....and you will gain credit towards a nationally recognised qualification at the same time.
Training Packages
Newly developed and updated training packages are constantly being rolled out and offers students the opportunity to study at your own pace, in your own time.
Training packages include:
- Training and learner resources relevant to the unit of competency
- Access to a fully qualified trainer and assessor
- Assessment tools
- Statement of Attainment on successful completion

The PCO Association conducts a mid-year Training Program in conference and event management, and includes training programs in conjunction with the annual National Conference in December.
